Fill out the adoption enquiry form below with honest and complete information about yourself and your home environment.
Initial Screening
Our team will review your application and contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss your interest and answer any questions.
Meet the Dog
Visit our shelter to meet the dog you're interested in. Spend time together, see how you bond, and ensure it's a good match.
Home Visit
Our team will conduct a home visit to ensure the environment is safe and suitable for the dog. This is for the dog's wellbeing.
Adoption Agreement
Sign an adoption agreement committing to the dog's care, medical needs, and agreeing to follow-up visits from our team.
Welcome Home!
Take your new family member home. We'll provide guidance on settling in and remain available for support anytime you need us.
Adoption Requirements
- ✓You must be at least 21 years old
- ✓Financial ability to provide proper food, medical care, and shelter
- ✓Time and willingness to care for the dog daily
- ✓Agreement to allow follow-up home visits by our team
- ✓Safe, secure home environment suitable for a dog
- ✓Commitment to never abandon or rehome the dog without informing us
